the lobby area is really nice and the location is perfect for exploring the city. i liked the self-check-in process, it was simple once you get the hang of it. there's a good shared living room with comfy vibes. free water available too, which is a plus. overall, it was a decent stay for a solo traveler.
but the room was a mess when i got there, with dirty sheets and plates everywhere. also, i had no support from customer service when i needed to find a place to stay.

The check-in was a hassle, and we struggled with the process. But the location was sweet as, just a short walk to the fairground!
-
missingWrote a review on 11 Novpoor cleanliness
The self-check-in system can be baffling, with changing codes causing unnecessary delays. Noise from other guests travels easily through thin walls, making sleep difficult at night. The rooms are poorly designed, featuring hot pipes causing humidity and a bizarre light switch placement that complicates basic functions. Cleanliness is an issue, with dusty surfaces and visible mold in the bathroom. During a longer stay, amenities such as toilet paper are insufficient, requiring communication with remote support.

The location was grand, just a short stroll to the fairground! The self-check-in was a nifty touch, made things easy. One hiccup, though—my shower head was a bit loose. Still, had a mighty time overall!

Basel vibes 🇨🇭
The location is lekker near the trams and Kaserne. Free WiFi worked like a charm! The self check-in was surprisingly easy, once I figured it out. The quietness of the area made for a good night's sleep.
The room was a bit on the small side, felt cramped and needed some character.

Great location, tough check-in
The spot was awesome & super close to everything! Self check-in was tricky, took me ages to understand it. Had to help others at the door! Room was kinda old & lacked charm, no TV either. the shared spaces looked fab.

I stayed for 3 nights in the Minimalist with Balcony room. The bed was super comfy, and I loved the big window – it let in a ton of natural light! Plus, the self-check-in was a breeze. Only downside? The room felt a bit too basic for my taste, could use a little more character.

Convenient location, but needs more attention
The check-in process was pretty rough. Got stuck waiting for help for ages, and the room wasn’t even ready when we finally got in. On the plus side, the lobby area is super nice and the location is ideal for exploring. The breakfast bread was to die for! Just wish the staff was quicker with room prep.
